Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement
Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)
This Act may be called [the Maharashtra Highways Act] [This Short title was substituted for the Short title 'the Bombay Highways Act, 1955' by Maharashtra 24 of 2012, Schedule entry No. 58 (w.r.e.f. 1.5.1960).].(2)
