Reference against award of Highway Authority or authorised officer under section 28.

- [(1) Any person aggrieved by the award of the Highway Authority, or the officer authorised under section 28, shall by a written application to the Highway Authority, or such officer, require that the matter be referred, to Arbitrator appointed under subsection (8) of section 1913."] [Sub-section (1) was substituted by Maharashtra 37 of 1999, Section 740.];

Any such application shall be made within six weeks from the date of the award, and shall be in such form as may be prescribed.

The Highway Authority or the Officer authorised shall make the reference in such manner as may be prescribed.
