Section 103: Revival of owner's duty to carry out tenantable repairs
Revival of owner's duty to carry out tenantable repairs.
- On and after the appointed day, the provisions of section 23 of the Rent Act shall cease to be suspended, shall stand revived and shall be enforced and have full effect again.
