Section 103G: Certain occupiers to be accommodated in transit camps
Certain occupiers to be accommodated in transit camps.
- The occupiers of any building who have not joined the co-operative society may, if they so desire but subject to the availability of tenements with the Board, be accommodated by the Board in tenements in transit camps constructed by the Board on economic rent and on such other terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board.Previous
