Section 103M: Power to remove difficulties
Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Chapter, during the period of two years from the date of commencement of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Second Amendment) Act, 1986, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
