Section 118: Contribution by State Government and local authority to Fund
Contribution by State Government and local authority to Fund.
(1)
The State Government may pay an annual contribution to the Authority of such amount as may be determined by the State Government.(2)
The State Government may, after consultation with the local authority concerned, direct such local authority to make an annual contribution to the Authority for the purposes of this Chapter.(3)
The moneys placed at the disposal of the Authority under the provisions of this Chapter shall form part of the Fund and shall be applied for the purposes of this Chapter.Previous
