Section 137: Violation of direction under section 112(1)

Violation of direction under section 112(1).

- The Panchayat shall ensure that the no new building is erected within its jurisdiction in contravention of any direction issued by the Board under sub-section (1) of section 112. If any new building is so erected, the Panchayat shall immediately make a report to the Board.
