Section 146: Power of Chairman or any officer to inspect office of Panchayat
Power of Chairman or any officer to inspect office of Panchayat.
- The Chairman or any other officer authorised by him in writing in this behalf may at all reasonable times enter the office of any Panchayat and inspect any records, register or other document kept therein; and the Panchayat shall comply with the inspection notes, if any, made by the Chairman or, as the case may be, such officer.Previous
