Section 81: Use of property assigned or entrusted by Government, Municipal Corporation
Use of property assigned or entrusted by Government, Municipal Corporation.
The State Government or the [Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai] [These words were substituted for the original, by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, and Schedule para (3).] (hereinafter referred to as ["the Mumbai Corporation"] [These words were substituted for the original, by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, and Schedule para (3).] may assign or entrust to the Board on behalf of the Authority any property, whether moveable or immoveable, for sue by the Board for the purposes of this Chapter, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the Authority.
