Section 96: Amount of acquisition
Amount of acquisition.
- On publication of the notification under sub-section (5) of section 93, the Land Acquisition Officer shall determine the amount of acquisition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V.Previous
Sec 95A — [ Summary eviction of occupiers in certain cases. - Where the owner of a building or the members of the proposed co-operative housing society of the occupiers of the said building, submits a proposal to the Board for reconstruction of the building, after obtaining the written consent of not less than 70 per cent of the total occupiers of that building and a No Objection Certificate for such reconstruction of the building is issued by the Board to the owner or to the proposed co-operative housing society of the occupiers, as the case may be, then it shall be binding on all the occupiers to vacate the premises:

Sec 97 — [Contribution by State Government, Mumbai Corporation and Authority. - (1) The State Government shall, under appropriation duly made by law in this behalf, pay an annual contribution to the Authority equal to the amount of cess recovered during that year, and the Mumbai Corporation shall pay the annual contribution of rupees ten crores to the Authority
