Section 132: Penalty for disobedience to order under section 31

Penalty for disobedience to order under section 31.

Whoever contravenes, disobeys, opposes, or fails to conform to an order under section 31 requiring him to vacate any premises, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
