Section 136: Penalty for contravening rules, etc., made under section 38

Penalty for contravening rules, etc., made under section 38.

Whoever disobeys any direction lawfully made under section 38 or abets the disobedience thereof shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
