Jurisdiction when offender is a Police Officer above the rank of constable.
Offences against this Act, when the accused person or any one of the accused persons is a Police officer above the rank of a constable, shall not be cognizable except by a Presidency Magistrate or a Magistrate not lower than a Second Class Magistrate.Previous
