Section 22J: Functions of Police Establishment Board at Commissionerate Level
Functions of Police Establishment Board at Commissionerate Level.
The Police Establishment Board at Commissionerate Level shall perform the following functions, namely:--(a)
The Board shall decide all transfers, postings and other service related matters of Police Officers of the rank of Police Sub-Inspector to Police Inspector within the Commissionerate.(b)
The Board shall be authorized to make appropriate recommendations to the Police Establishment Board No. 2 regarding the postings and transfers out of the Commissionerate, of the Police Officers of the rank of Police Sub-Inspector to Police Inspector.Previous
