Section 82: Definition of "patented articles" and "patentee".
1[82. Definition of "patented articles" and "patentee".--In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,--
(a) "patented article" includes any article made by a patented process; and
(b) "patentee" includes an exclusive licensee.]
