On July 29, 2025, the Supreme Court of India dismissed the review petition filed by Harkaish P. Bhadoria against its earlier decision in Civil Appeal No. 7315 of 2014. The review petition was registered under Diary No. 26026/2025 and was heard by Hon’ble Justice Vikram Nath and Hon’ble Justice Sandeep Mehta.

The petitioner, Harkaish P. Bhadoria, filed a review petition challenging the apex court’s decision dated 18 February 2025. However, after examining the review application and supporting grounds, the Court found no substantial reason to reconsider the earlier verdict.
