Supreme Court Announces Benches for Partial Court Working Days from May 26 to July 13, 2025

The Supreme Court of India has officially released the list of benches that will function during the "partial court working days" from May 26, 2025, to July 13, 2025.

The Supreme Court has announced the specific benches that will operate during the upcoming partial court working period. The schedule outlines the judges who will be available for court duties during this period.

From May 26, 2025, to June 1, 2025:

  • Chief Justice of India and Justice Augustine George Masih
  • Justice Surya Kant and Justice Dipankar Datta
  • Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sanjay Kumar
  • Justice J.K. Maheshwari and Justice Aravind Kumar
  • Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma

From June 2, 2025, to June 8, 2025:

  • Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma
  • Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Justice S.V.N. Bhatti
  • Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra and Justice Augustine George Masih

From June 9, 2025, to June 15, 2025:

The Supreme Court Registry will function from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all officers and staff, except for Group-C (non-clerical) staff, who will work from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

"During the partial court working days, the Registry will remain open from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. for all officers and staff members of the Registry, except Group-C (non-clerical) staff, whose timings will be from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m." – Supreme Court Notification

The Registry will remain closed on Saturdays (except July 12, 2025), Sundays, and other public holidays.
