In a much-awaited development, the Supreme Court of India on Thursday released the results of the descriptive test for the recruitment of Junior Court Assistants. The test, conducted on August 1, 2025, saw participation from thousands of aspirants across the country, but only a select number have made it to the next round.
The recruitment process had been formally announced in an advertisement dated February 4, 2025. As per the rules laid out, candidates were required to appear for a written examination followed by a descriptive test in English language. It was clearly mentioned that only those securing 55 marks or above would be considered eligible for the next stage-an interview.
