Section 3: Constitution of the Police Force for the State
Constitution of the Police Force for the State.
(1)
There shall be a Police Force for the State.(2)
The Police Force shall consist of such ranks and such number of police officers and have such organisations as the State Government may, by general or special orders, determine.(3)
