Section 40: The State Government may prescribe form of returns

The Rajasthan Police Act, 2007

The State Government may prescribe form of returns.

(1)

The State Government may prescribe the forms and the manner of returns to be submitted to it by the Director General of Police.

(2)

The Director General of Police may specify the forms and manner of returns to be furnished to him by other police officers.
