Section 53: Village guard to be an honorary worker
Village guard to be an honorary worker.
(1)
A village guard shall be an honorary worker and shall be deemed to be a Public Servant within the meaning of the Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. 45 of 1860).(2)
