The State Committee.
(1)
The State Committee shall have five members nominated by the State Government as follows:-(a)
four persons of eminence with experience in public dealing and having credible record of integrity and commitment to human rights as independent members:(b)
One officer of the rank of Additional Director General of Police as its Member-Secretary;(c)
The Government shall appoint one of the independent members as the Chairman of the State Committee.(2)
