District Committee.
(1)
The District Committee shall have five members nominated by the State Government as follows;-(a)
four persons of eminence with experience in public dealing and having credible record of integrity and commitment to human rights as independent members: Provided that one independent member shall be from weaker sections of society and one from women.(b)
One officer of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police as its Member-Secretary;(c)
