Section 38: Grazing land shall not be cultivated
Grazing land shall not be cultivated.
(1)
No land recorded as village grazing land or gopher shall be settled or brought under cultivation or utilized for any other than grazing by any one.(2)
If the area recorded as grazing land or gochar be less than five per centum of the total area of the village headman or mulraiyat, and raiyats, set apart suitable area of village waste land for grazing. Such land when so set apart shall be governed by the provision of sub- section (1).Previous
