Section 48: State Government to prepare forms of receipts and statement of accounts
State Government to prepare forms of receipts and statement of accounts.
(1)
The [State] [Substituted by para 4 (1) of the ALO for 'Provincial'] Government shall cause to be prepared and kept for sale to village headman, mulraiyat and landlords at all sub-divisional offices forms of receipts with counterfoils and of statements of accounts suitable for use under the foregoing sections.(2)
The forms may be sold in books with the leaves consecutively numbered or otherwise as the [State] [Substituted by para 4 (1) of the ALO for 'Provincial'] Government thinks fit.Previous
