1[119. Act to have effect notwithstanding anything contained in Act 37 of 1970.--The provisions
of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 2[or any other law for the time being in force.]]
