(1) The Chairman shall be whole-time paid officer
of the Board and he will be appointed by the Government for such term
as the Government may determine :
Provided that the person acting a Chairman of the Board immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue to act as such till the appointment of a Chairman under this section is made by the Government.
(2) The Chairman shall receive such salary not exceeding Rs. 2,500 P. M. and such other facilities as the Government may determine.
