Section 151Priority of payment for interest and repayment of loans over other payment
The JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 2000 (Act No. XXI of 2000)
All payments due from the Corporation on account of interest and
repayment of loans shall be made in priority to all other payments due from the
Corporation.
