Section 17Procedure to be followed by the prescribed authority.

The JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 2000 (Act No. XXI of 2000)

The procedure provided in the ¹[Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908)], in regard to suits shall be followed by the prescribed authority in the trial and disposal of an election petition under this Act.
