In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the
subject or context,––
(1) “the Code” means the 1[Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] ;
(2) “notified” and “notification”means notified and notification respectively in the 2[Government Gazette].
