Appeals from decrees or orders passed under the provisions of Sections 198 and 199 shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter XIV and appeals from other decrees or orders passed under this Chapter shall, notwithstanding anything in Chapter XIV, be governed by the provisions of Chapter X of the United Provinces Land Revenue Act, 1901.
