Subject to the provisions of this
Act, the Board Fund shall be applied as follows :––
(i) For payment of charge and expenses incidental to several matters specified in this Act in accordance with the regulations made in this behalf.
(ii) For other purposes for which by or under this Act powers are conferred and duties imposed upon by the Board in accordance with the regulations.
