1[21. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings, shall lie
against the State Government the Board or any of its Committees or
any member of the Board or a Committee or any other person in
respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done
in pursuance of this Act or any rule, order or direction made
thereunder. ]
