(1) When a lessor desires to eject a thekedar on the ground specified in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 214 he shall apply for execution of the decree in accordance with the provisions of Section 170.
(2) When a lessor desires to eject a thekedar on any other ground specified in subsection (1) of Section 214, he shall proceed by suit.
(3) The provisions of Section 174 shall apply to a thekedar who is liable to ejectment under the provisions of clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 214 as they apply to a tenant, and if a decree for ejectment is passed under the provisions of either of these clauses, the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 173 shall apply to such decree as they apply to a decree against a tenant.
(2) When a lessor desires to eject a thekedar on any other ground specified in subsection (1) of Section 214, he shall proceed by suit.
(3) The provisions of Section 174 shall apply to a thekedar who is liable to ejectment under the provisions of clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 214 as they apply to a tenant, and if a decree for ejectment is passed under the provisions of either of these clauses, the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 173 shall apply to such decree as they apply to a decree against a tenant.
