Rent Authority to Fix Revised Rent in the Circumstances Specified in Sec. 22-d

The Rent authority on an application presented by the landlord or tenant in the ircumstances specified in Sec. 22-D, shall fix or revise, as the case may be, the rent and other charges payable by the tenant as also fix the date from which the revised rent becomes payable.
