The State Government may, after previous publication, make rules consistent with this Act, -
(a) as to the fees payable under this Act;
(b) as to the time of the year for excecution of decrees for ejectment in any local area;
(c) as to the attestation of leases, counterparts and agreements under Section 57;
(d) as to the dates on which profits shall be divisible;
(e) generally for giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
