(1) Every licence,
written permission, notice, act, summons or other document which is required
by this Act or any rule, regulation or bye-law made thereunder to bear the
signature of the Commissioner or of any Corporation officer, shall be deemed
to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Commissioner
or officer, as the case may be, stamped thereupon.
(2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the Corporation Fund under section 71 and such classes of documents as may be prescribed.
