In case any sum is recoverable by
the Board of School Education from any person on account of purchase, sale
transportation, printing, storage or transit shortage of books and printing
material or other sums found to have been misappropriated by the officials of
the Board, the said sum of money shall be recoverable from such person and
the procedure of recovery shall be the same as prescribed under section 90 of
the Land Revenue Act, 1996.]
