(1) The Government may, if in its opinion it is expedient to do so in
the public interest, appoint a person or persons to be called Joint/Assistant
Commissioner to assist the Commissioner appointed under section 45 for the efficient performance of the functions of the Corporation and they shall be
governed by such conditions of service as may be fixed by the Government
from time to time.
(2) Subject to the approval of the Corporation and rules made in this behalf the Joint/Assistant Commissioners appointed under sub-section (1) shall be subordinate to the Commissioner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred and imposed upon the Commissioner under this Act and are further delegated to them by the Commissioner.
(3) There shall be a legal Advisor-cum-Prosecutor to aid and advise the Corporation in all legal matters, to be appointed by the Corporation by deputation on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
