Special concession to certain industrial undertakings
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4A where the State Government is satisfied that certain industrial undertaking has been shifted from one place to another place on account of the order passed by any court, it may, with effect from a date not earlier than July 8,1996 by notification grant such concession or exemption from tax for such period not exceeding fifteen years and subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified therein to such industrial undertaking.
