1[5A. Renewal of
Registration.-- Every society issued a certificate of registration under
section 8 of this Act shall be renewed for every 5 years. The
renewal by Registrar is subject to the satisfaction of the
Registrar that,-
1. The Society updated its accounts and got them audited as per the provisions of this Act.
2. The society conducted elections as per the provisions of this Act.
3. The society not violated any provisions of Act, Rules, Bye-laws.
4. All members underwent member education programme and certified as such by the Telangana State Co-operative Union:
Provided that if the Society fails to renew the registration under this section, the Registrar may initiate necessary action for compliance. In case of noncompliance, Registrar may cancel the certificate of registration issued under section 8 of this Act and initiate winding proceedings under section 64(2) of this Act.]
