Section 44: Act 18 of 1891 to apply to the books of the Financial Corporation.

The State Financial Corporations Act, 1951

The Financial Corporation shall be deemed to be a bank for the purposes of the Bankers Books Evidence Act, 1891 (18 of 1891).
