Section 10: Right of probationers and approved probationers to re appointment
Right of probationers and approved probationers to re appointment.
- A vacancy in any service, class or category not being a vacancy which shall be filled by direct recruitment under the special rules referred to in clause (a) of section 9 shall not be filled by the appointment of a person who has not yet commenced his probation in such service, class or category when an approved probationer or a probationer therein is available for such appointment.Previous
