Section 44: Promotion or recruitment by transfer during extension of service
Promotion or recruitment by transfer during extension of service.
- No member of a service, who is on extension of service after superannuation, shall be considered for appointment either by promotion or by recruitment by transfer to a higher category, during the period of extension of service.Previous
