Annulment or modification of list of approved candidates for appointment or promotion by Government.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in the special rules, the Government shall have power to annul, modify a list of approved candidates for appointment or promotion to any category, class or service prepared by the head of a department or any other lower authority.Previous
