Section 55: Reemployment of pensioners
Reemployment of pensioners.
- Nothing in the Act or the special rules shall be construed to limit or abridge the powers of the Government and of subordinate authorities to reemploy persons who have retired on a civil pension or gratuity or who while in service were subscribers to a Contributory Provident Fund, in any service in accordance with the provisions contained in the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.
