Section 10B: Stay pending decision in appeal or revision. - Pending the disposal of any appeal or application or proceedings for revision under this Act, the Collector, the District Collector, Substituted for the words "by the Board of Revenue by section 4(iii) of the [the appellate authority] [Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment (Amendment) Act, 1993 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1996).], [the Commissioner of Land Administration] [Substituted for the word 'Board of Revenue' by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment (Amendment) Act, 1993 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1996).] or the State Government, as the case may be, may, by order, and subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, stay the execution of the decision or order appealed against or sought to be revised
