- Every petition of appeal [or application for revision] [Inserted by section 9(ii) of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment (Amendment) Act, 1965 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 1965)] under this Act shall be accompanied by the decision or order appealed against [or sought to be revised] [Inserted by section 9(ii) of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment (Amendment) Act, 1965 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 1965)] or by an authenticated copy of the same.Previous
