Entrustment of execution of National Extension Service Scheme of Community Development to Panchayat Union Councils.
- The Government shall, as soon as may be after the constitution of a Panchayat Union Council for a Panchayat Development Block under this Act, entrust to the Panchayat Union Council subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be specified by the Government, the execution in the Panchayat Development Block of the National Extension Service Scheme of Community Development, including in particular, all measures relating to the development of agriculture, animal husbandry and village industries organised on an individual or co-operative basis.Previous
