Section 141: Compulsory vaccination

Compulsory vaccination.

- The Panchayat Union Council shall enforce vaccination throughout the Panchayat Union and it may enforce re-vaccination throughout the Panchayat Union or in any part thereof, in respect of such persons, to such extent, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
